Meet Dr. Jennifer Roloff

I have the privilege of creating smiles professionally, and cannot truly put into words how gratifying that is. Playing a role in giving our patients the ability to look in the mirror and feel confident in themselves and with the smile that they share is truly humbling.

Every patient who walks through the door has their own story and their own unique treatment needs. Getting to know our patients, and building relationships that create a lasting bond based on mutual trust and respect is one of the most fulfilling aspects of coming to work every day. The beautiful smiles we create for our patients mean that much more to them when they know that we have been behind them, just as excited about the outcome, every step of the way.

Education and Experience

I grew up in Rothschild, Wisconsin, where I experienced the great benefits of orthodontics at a very young age. I watched as my father, Dr. Dennis Fehrman, changed the lives of those in our community, and knew that was what I wanted to do, too. After high school (DC Everest, 2005), I attended Marquette University, receiving my Bachelors of Science with a major in Biomedical Science and a minor in Theology. Following this, I was granted admission to Marquette University's School of Dentistry for my Doctorate of Dental Surgery (2013) and continued on there for my orthodontic residency, ultimately receiving a Master's of Science and my certification as an Orthodontic Specialist in 2015.

During my undergraduate and dental studies, I spent my free time caring for an incredible young man with Asperger’s Syndrome. We learned a lot from each other, and I credit the years spent with him for my ability to better understand and interact with individuals with special needs. Once into my orthodontic residency, I worked nights and weekends as a general dentist. This experience, too, was invaluable, as it kept my eyes open not just to orthodontic treatment needs, but to general dental and general health needs of my patients.

Continuing Education

The realm of dentistry and orthodontics is continuously advancing. As such, I have made it a priority to pursue continuing education opportunities whenever they arise. On many weekends, you will find me at my computer participating in virtual continuing education courses. I genuinely love learning, and staying current on the latest technologies and advances in treatment options, along with patient care and comfort, is essential. I am always seeking options that lead to the most innovative, successful treatment experience and outcome.

Additionally, every year, I am a guest speaker at Wausau East in the Young Adult Medicine class. It's a great opportunity to educate the next generation on the dental and orthodontic professions.

We also always open our practice to college students looking to shadow and learn more about orthodontics. These shadow days are usually half days in which students come in and observe while having the opportunity to ask questions and learn more about our profession!

Outside the Office

My husband, Josh, teaches Chemistry at DC Everest High School, and coaches both boys and girls soccer throughout the school year. We are both grew up in the area (high school sweethearts!) and have happily settled in to the community with our two miniature dachshunds, Winston and Louise.

I work alongside my parents, Dennis and Marcy Fehrman, every day in our family practice. They are the most genuinely wonderful people, and spending my days with them is a blessing. My brother, Greg, lives and works in Arizona, providing us all with a nice, warm place to travel to for family gatherings!

When I'm not in the office, I enjoy spending time outdoors, running, hiking, and adventuring with my husband and the dogs. On quieter days, you will often find me with my nose in a book and a large cup of coffee in hand. Josh and I absolutely love to travel and explore new places together. We have a map of the world onto which we pin all the places we have traveled, and our hope is to one day fill it with pins!
