Appointments:
It is our goal to be flexible when scheduling appointments. However, to accommodate the needs of as many students as possible for after school appointments, only short, routine procedures will be scheduled in the afternoon. Repairs and longer appointments such as appliance placement or removal are scheduled in the morning. Consultations and diagnostic records are scheduled mid-day in order to coincide with the lunch hours of students and parents.
Office Hours:
Monday and Friday: 8 am – 4 pm
Tuesday – Thursday: 8 am – 5 pm
Summer hours will vary.
Mosinee Area Patients:
As a courtesy to patients in the Mosinee area we have arranged to perform routine appliance checks, adjustments, and periodic recall exams approximately every third Friday at the office of Dr. Michna, 1006 Western Avenue, Mosinee.
Our Financial Policy
- If you have orthodontic insurance, we will contact your insurance carrier(s) to help you determine your estimated benefit. We will process all necessary claims and assist in collecting these benefits on your behalf. The balance will be arranged for you to pay.
- While we work hard on your behalf to simplify and expedite the submittal process to your insurer, it is important to note that the patient has the final responsibility with the insurance company.
- Financial arrangements can be made to extend your payments over a period of months following an appropriate down payment.
- For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, CareCredit and Capital One Financing.
